Founder and Managing Attorney Ian Daily is a crypto-native transactional lawyer & entrepreneur who has been working, investing, advising, and an activist in emerging industries—specifically web3/crypto & cannabis—for more than 10 years. He has helped dozens of businesses and projects enter the space or grow and scale successfully, from cannabis brands to NFT projects, to helping artists, brands, and communities execute on their vision. With deep business & partnership development experience, he is also the co-founder of VINSA Consulting, GreenLit, METAVISION, Supermint, and Full Spiral.
His depth of experience in web3 is complemented by his operational experience in the cannabis industry, where he has started several ventures, including multiple sales & distribution operations focused on the wholesale market. Under his guidance and leadership, more than 65 cannabis brands were brought to new markets, generating more than $50MM in wholesale revenue and hundreds of distribution endpoints. Some notable brands he has worked with include: Wonderbrett, Stiiizy, THC Design, Guild Extracts and Cookies.
A US Marine Corps Veteran, Ian is skilled in Negotiations, Transactions, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Operations, and Legal Research. He earned his B.A. in Political Sciences from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where he specialized in Business Law and Tax. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Deena and their daughter, Aibhilin, as well as writing and recording music and has been involved in over a dozen independent releases as artist, engineer, and producer.
